We periodically review client records and delete records that are no longer needed. Current passport copies and other documents with an expiry date may be retained until they expire to support client travel arrangements. Other inquiry, booking and business records are retained according to their continuing purpose, including travel support, accounting, applicable legal requirements and dispute resolution. Different records may therefore have different retention periods. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to any continuing need or applicable requirement to retain particular information.
We arrange travel for children through parents, guardians or authorized adult booking contacts. Information about a child, such as name, date of birth and passport details, is used to arrange and support the requested travel. Our website inquiry and document-submission services are intended to be used by adults.
If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate parent or guardian authorization, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
